I would advise 4 things when taking bonuses. 1. Read the Bonus T&C carefully so you know all the rules. Especially check the wagering requirements. 2. Remember you won’t be able to make a withdrawal of any winnings if you have not wagered the bonus. 3. If you are going for one of those big jackpots and won’t stop until you win it, grab as many bonuses as you can since if you win you will have no problem in wagering the bonus amount. 4. Bonuses are great to get extra playtime but you have to understand as a player, it can be very annoying to have all winnings locked to the account and you cant withdraw until the wagering requirements are met.

There are plenty of different welcome packages out there to choose from, so choose wisely when accepting any welcome bonus.
These bonuses come in different forms and ways of redeeming them, whether that is no deposit, percentage match of your first deposit or free spins. My advice is to carefully read through the terms and conditions before depositing and accepting a bonus. I say this because the goal posts change with nearly every brand. The parameters I refer to are things like; wagering requirements (how many times a bonus has to be turned over before being able to withdraw it), the max bet allowed, games allowed, plus many others. Trust me there is nothing worse than spinning away and trying to withdraw, only to be told that you have invalidated the bonus because you bet £6, instead of the max £5. So, know the terms, stick to them and try to enjoy the extra game play.
One last piece of advice, look out for casinos that do not lock in your real funds! Some casinos will take your real money as stake but pay in bonus. And of course, this bonus cannot be withdrawn until the WR has been met. Look for deals that treat bonus funds and real funds as a separate entity. There are not many out there, but there are.
